Buying on eBay Empty
PostSubject: Buying on eBay   Buying on eBay I_icon_minitimeSat Dec 29, 2012 3:11 pm

eBay is a incredible source for hard to find items, and sometimes just a good place to get everyday items for a
bargain price.

Here are some on my tips to buy on eBay:
  • Know the OEM part number for the item you need - Use this for your search without anything else, just the part number.
  • Right of the search bar you will see a button named "Advanced Search". Click the box "Titles and Descriptions" to search more than just the title. Also note the "Completed Listings" tab, this will only search completed listings, you can see if items sell and if so, at what price.
  • Use the "Sort" option - right of the search bar and down - Sort by "Price Plus Shipping: Lowest First"
  • Always verify the actual shipping costs before bidding - critical is an understatement :affraid:
  • more to come.....
