FJ1200 and the Avon Empty
PostSubject: FJ1200 and the Avon   FJ1200 and the Avon I_icon_minitimeFri Aug 17, 2012 7:45 am

Out of the blue, I noticed some strange wear on my front tire.

One small section on the right side, worn to the indicator.

Almost like the tire was out of balance, I balanced it myself, could be I guess. Head bearings felt good, as did the wheel bearings, all will be re-checked.

I am not sure it is not a bad tire.

Update coming.....

Could be. I am going to do the forks over the winter anyway. New tire is on and is a lot better. Amazing how when something goes bad slowly you don't know how really bad it has become until you correct it
